A fantastic turn out for the ISRM Seminar held at New Scotland Yard. Thanks to Superintendent Roy Smith for hosting us, and giving a highly insightful presentation on the challenges and opportunities facing London policing (which goes beyond traditional Met Police organisational frameworks). Thanks also to R. Mark Evans OBE, Deputy Chief Executive, New Zealand Police, who gave a presentation on the lessons learned from two recent major incidents, and the subsequent response / recovery operation.
