This is a recording of a conversation I had earlier today with Dr Volodymyr Bortnytskyi, Deputy Head of Social and Humanitarian Security Services in the Office of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine.

Dr Bortnytskyi was speaking from his home in Kyiv in a personal capacity, but his confidence that Ukraine would prevail and that Russia would be defeated came through in every sentence.
