You will hear from Figen Murray, Martyn’s mother and the inspiration behind the new legislation, the National Counter Terrorism Security Office, who have oversight of the new training programme and implementation of Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 , and the Security Industry Authority, the regulator.
